If you have a mat or other gymnastics equipment at home - Balance Beam, Air Track, Bars - we will guide you through specific drills and progressions to achieve new skills.
Each session includes warmup, drills, skills, conditioning and cool down.

Suitable for children aged 7 years & upwards, these sessions focus on the progressive development of core gymnastics skills such as Rolls, Balances, Jumps,and Bridges,
Gymnasts also have the opportunity to take part in a proficiency award scheme and can receive certificates for their achievements.
Develop more advanced gymnastics skills including handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, leaps and jumps.
Each 45 minute session includes warmup, drills, skills & conditioning to improve strength, power, flexibility & coordination.
Gymnasts can also take part in the Advanced Proficiency Award scheme and receive certificates for their achievements,
For adults and children age 11;years upwards.
Using specific progressive drills and skills we will develop your strength, flexibility , co-ordination and confidence to safely balance on your hands,
Suitable for children 8 years upwards. These fun and creative sessions join Gymnastics and Dance movements together to produce flowing routines.
Participants are responsible for their own safety. Ensure you have enough room to move freely and use a gymnastics mat at all times. Wear suitable sports attire and remove jewellery. Report any injuries to the coach before the session starts. If you are unwell, do not take part. Coaches instructions must be observed and followed carefully at all times. Do not attempt any skill outside of your ability level. Children are required to have an adult in the same room throughout the session.
Payment must be made before the session and has a 48 hour cancellation policy.
